Meet Kristin

“Welcome to Ruby+Oak Photography!

Born and raised between Iowa, Texas & Minnesota, I have always had a love for all things ART. From a young age, I have had an eye for detail, composition, and creativity. I grew to also love technology, and have excelled in my career in Digital Marketing. I love combining different forms of technology and media to make stunning visuals.

If I am not busy creating something, I am busting rear raising my two girls, Preslee and Ava, for which I named Ruby + Oak. Ruby is my eldest’s birthstone, symbolizing purity & passion. Oak is my youngest daughter’s birth tree, representing knowledge and wisdom. Passion & wisdom are at the forefront of all of my artistic creations. One won’t work without the other.
